How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. This is usually done within 72 hours of your order being placed Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. Though we try our best to get your products delivered within 2-3 days, but in some remote locations it may take longer. In case, our delivery partners are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue

How are items packaged?

We package our products in cardboard boxes with your invoice wrapped with along with it. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

What are the delivery charges?

Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT. If the minimum order value is 1099 BDT or above. The delivery charge is free.


Outside Dhaka: 100 BDT. If the minimum order value is 1999 BDT or above. The delivery charge is free.

How do I place an Order?

Go to www.facelinebd.com, select your desire product from the category section. Select add to cart>Select Checkout>Product delivery address>select payment method>Place the order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours. Check the status of the order or the item(s) under ‘Orders’ section.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you didn't. You can simple order from us as a guest. But if you want to create an account then you can see all of your previous orders as well as avail our offers and coupon codes.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting the Quick Links>Order tracking section. You can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders. • Once the order is shipped, you can see a button "Track" which will give you more detailed information about your order status. • If you have placed the user as guest, you can signup/signing using the email through which you have placed the order. You can track the order through the steps mentioned above. • If your order has been shipped and you are still not able to know the order status through tracking link, wait for 12 hours. In some rare cases, courier partner take up-to 12 hours to activate the tracking link. Kindly check after the mentioned time frame.

How Can I Return a Product?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions: If the request is initiated after 15 days of order delivery Product is used or altered Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged Serial Number is tampered Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty Categories not eligible for Return: Electronic products / Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues Consumables (e.g health supplements, pills, baby products)
